We enjoyed the upper level bar. The waitress was exceptional, timely and very organized. We loved our specialty drink and Goat cheese app, The front desk attendant was friendly and welcoming. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable and beautiful. We loved it. The location was over the top! We were able to see everything the East Village has to offer. We even walked to the state Capitol. Thank you!!

It was conveniently located in East Village, walking distance to the capital and many local restaurants and bars. Every staff we encountered were very friendly. We really enjoyed the Republic restaurant and bar on the sixth floor. Good food, and great variety of drinks. Even got a glimpse of fireworks in the background. They also had shuttle to the state fair, which is what brought us to Des Moines. The lavender sachets offered in the lobby were a nice extra touch. First class.

Went to State Fair for a concert and only stayed one night but thought it was a very nice place to stay and very clean and comfortable.

We have stayed here twice and both times enjoyed it so much! The front seat staff is amazing and our rooms were so clean! The roof top restaurant has great views!!

I loved being on the 6th floor right next to the restaurant. it was perfect! love this hotel.
